Create your own virtual samples with these easy instructions:

Click on “Create Virtual Sample” button, then click on the “click here to activate sample” link in the new window.

If you do not have java installed on your computer you will be prompted to install it and sent to the free java software website. After you have installed the free java software you will need to return to our website

If you have java installed it will proceed to the virtual sample software.

New users are required to create a portfolio. The portfolio is your own private password protected area that your logos and samples are stored.

Once you access your portfolio you can upload artwork files. (You will need to know the location of the artwork on your local hard drive as well as its file type. Many file types are accepted including jpg, gif, tiff, png, bmp, pdf, eps, and AI.)

You can now use the product customization bar to the right of the product image to add art or text to the image. After adding art or text you can use the design tab to change the items color. You can also rotate, scale or skew the item. It is even possible to remove all white areas from images. (Good for removing white backgrounds)
To rotate, scale, skew or move the art or text around the item you will need to have the function selected in the design tab and use the mouse to perform the function on the selected art or text.

When the product is setup you can choose to save the sample to your portfolio or e-mail it to your customer.

Disclaimer – Virtual samples are a general representation of the product. Depending on your computer’s settings, there will be variation on colors. Placement of layout is subject to change to meet factory imprint standards and guidelines.
