• Competency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Previous purchasing experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.

• Must be detail-oriented; possess strong organizational skills, good communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
Core Duties & Daily Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks.
• Enter and update information into relevant databases.
• Creating accurate spreadsheets.
• Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
