What is Varnish Finish?:Varnish Finish offers endless possibilities to the look of your imprint. This new process offers a lustrous transparent layer of varnish (gloss coating) applied over the entire Full Color Digital Direct imprint or choose to highlight selected areas with a varnished finish that you want to standout! You can also with the Varnish only* (no color behind it). Printing in Varnish only* provides a shiny tone-on-tone look, and can be done on its own or combined with full color printing to achieve your desired imprint. The pricing allows for any combination created. Please clearly indicate on your artwork the areas that require Varnish Finish. If you are selecting to highlight certain aspects, be sure you clearly mark varnish on each and every area. Or please note if you want Varnish only* print for certain words/logos. Otherwise, all art elements will receive the varnish finish over your FCDD imprint. *Note: Varnish only is best on darker colors and very subtle on white, therefore is not recommended on white items.
Pricing Includes:A full color digital printing with a clear varnish finish over the entire imprint or an imprint in the clear Varnish only* (no color behind it) ) on one side, 2 sides or full wrap. Printing in Varnish only* provides a shiny tone-on-tone look. Full color printing using four-color process colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black. Images and type should be in CMYK. Additional art charges will apply to convert colors. Exact PMS matches are not possible. Neons and metallics are not available.
Setup Charge:Add $70.00 (G) for new orders. No initial Setup Charge on exact reorders.
Imprint Area:10.775" W x 3.556" H for full wrap 3" W x 3" H per side
Imprint Colors:Full Color Digital printing using four-color process colors (CMYK). On colored products, there may be a slight variation in the imprint.
Multi-Color Imprint:Included in full color digital pricing.
Change Ink:$35.00 (G) per change. Must be at least 1/2 of the lowest quantity offered.
Print Requirements:Smallest Font Size: 6 pt, Line Thickness Minimum: 0.005", Reverse Line Space: 0.007".
